"The apartment itself was nice, but unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing.
The host is not on-site, and the instructions for accessing the parking garage were incredibly unclear. We tried contacting the host for assistance, but it took several hours to receive a response. We arrived around 8:00 p.m. and, after a six-hour drive, did not actually get into the accommodation until approximately 11:00 p.m. This was incredibly frustrating and exhausting.

"This little condo worked well for my mom and I for our 1st visit to Cleveland. It’s in a fantastic location, easily walkable to Playhouse Square and other nearby sites. It’s right across the street from the CSU campus/lawn area and the campus Starbucks (open weekdays) is just a block away. It’s in a charming, old building that was very quiet except for the older mechanicals in the living room area and the occasional elevator bell.
