"We love this hotel and stay when ever we are in Cleveland. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a lovely hotel, unique and clean. Everywhere you look the walls are filled with beautiful and interesting art. They have a fun little bar area and beautiful dining area with REAL plates and glasses (thank you).
