Renovated Downtown Condo in the HEART OF IT ALL

Welcome to my fully renovated modern condo in the HEART of Cleveland. Make yourself at home in my cozy condo with awesome views of Cleveland`s famous West 6 St. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Cleveland. Nightlife, restaurants, Night Clubs, The Rocket Mortgage Field House , First Energy Stadium and Progressive Field. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bed for 2, comfy couch. Privacy blinds, 1 full bathroom with updated shower.



This condo is literally brand new. Everything in it was renovated from head to toe with HIGH END finishes. Please treat it like it was your own.



Window blinds are automatic button push for 2 of them. So if the sun is to bright you can lower them. The other 2 windows have a pulley crank that will lower the blinds as well. With these down it will keep out any unwanted sunlight.



There are extra blankets in the entertainment system and extra sheets and blankets in the closet for guess to use when they are sleeping on the couch.



There is a TV but we do not have cable. We have Apple TV which has many applications like Netflix, you tube ect.



Easy access to key exchange with lock box on door. You will be located in the heart of it all. Best location in Cleveland. Walking distance to public square, east 4th st, Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive field and First Energy Stadium, Nautica Pavilion Musical stadium, West 6th St, Brand new entertainment in East bank of the flats ect. This condo couldn`t be places in a better spot. There are 3 places to park. You can park on the street if there is a spot and usually during the day you wont have an issue. If there is event going on the street parking will be for velvet and you will not be able to. There will be signs. Do not park in front of a fire hydrant or park longer then the meter time or you will get a ticket or towed. There is a lot across the street from the condo it is 8-10 dollars which is very close and it is supervised. i recommend that lot. Additionally there is another lot on the side of the building they are a little more strict and usually 10-20 dollars a day. Over all parking is easy for a downtown location and affordable.



This location is very good for dining, night life for all ages.



You can get easy uber access or just simply walk because you are in the heart of it all. ( you will save money with taxis and ubers because of this location)
