Relax with family and friends in our 2 bed/1 bath home situated in close proximity to both Lake Erie and Ohio’s best wineries. Our home is an 8 minute walk to the public beach with beautiful views of Lake Erie, and it is close to many wineries and other attractions...

-Spire Institute is a short 15 minute drive
-GOTL is within 5 miles
-Wineries are within 7 miles

Our newly remodeled home is ready to welcome you after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

This house is pet-friendly which was important to me. It was centrally located to where we wanted to visit. (Sunsets were amazing on the lake) However, I don’t know how it can be listed to accommodate 6 people. The living room is very uncomfortable. There is not enough seating for 6 people. The kitchen can only seat 2 people on very high stools. My suggestion would be to take that bar out and put a small table in the kitchen.

We could not have been more pleased. A dear friend of mine and myself decided to take a little get-away with our dogs. This place was perfect. It is an adorable little house with a fenced in yard and also very well appointed and decorated so nicely. What we really loved is it was spotless. We felt so comfortable here and definitely plan on coming back. It is so close to everything. We loved the local park that we were able to take our dogs to. We watched the sunset each night with them. Beautiful area. Close to GOTL and local wineries as well. Grand River is perfect for dogs in the summer as it’s very shaded. The neighbor is so friendly and we felt very safe in this cute and peaceful neighborhood. . Highly recommend.

Wonderful “just like home” get-a-way

I traveled with a friend to Geneva for a band performance. We were greeted first by an excellent communicating host who was quick and eager to answer any questions we had. Once we arrived to the cottage like house we were blown away with such attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable with a feeling of being like home. This cute little place had amenities you could ever need, plus some. The back yard was private and just fun to relax whileSitting in the comfy chairs. The neighborhood was excellent as well with the neighbors waving as we drove by. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here in the future.

Quiet and Cozy

Me and a couoke of my coworker friends needed a place to stay for a temp job nearby. Check in instructions weren't given until 2 hours after check in time but that was the only problem we had. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Would recommend this spot to anyone else and rent here again.

Perfect long weekend spot near Lake Erie

The house was the ideal spot for myself, daughter and her boyfriend to relax after a day of wine tasting and exploring Geneva on the Lake. We were all beyond pleased with the fact we could walk to one of the more stunning views of the Lake. 10 out of 10!

Overall a great place to stay!

We stayed for one night over the weekend and it was a great getaway! The backyard was all fenced in for my fur baby (she’s only 8 pounds and it was great being able to have her run around in a fenced in area.). There was a cute fire pit in the fenced in area as well. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly with any questions or concerns we had! We would definitely stay again!

Cute relaxing place

The host was great. Very cute place. Close to things but a bit of a distance from Geneva strip. Loved the fenced yard for our dog. Beds were comfy. Loved the cute kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Madison, nice town, yummy coffee shop and chocolate shop. Would stay again.

Dog friendly getaway

Very clean and cozy place, great location for the Woof, Wag, and Wine trail! Short drive to the Grand River Valley Wineries for the afternoon with our pup, then dropped him off at the house and was able to walk to the park (with the beach) and the beautiful Vincent Williams Winery for date night. Nice fenced in backyard with very friendly neighbors. House has everything for a relaxing getaway.

Great location!

Nothing fancy. The place was clean. Did not eat there but had everything if u did. Very close to a nice park to watch the sunset or have a picnic. Lots of restaurants nearby. In walking distance.
