"We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. "We had an amazing stay! Check in went very smooth, everone is very friendly and super helpful. The appartment itself is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Everything was very clean and fresh, if we needed anything extra in the room we could always call reception and they will bring it up to the room. Gym is also very nice, lots of equipment and very spacious. We would for sure stay here again!"

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist es in Ordnung. Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon...
