"Conforme a los términos y condiciones de la reserva, tenían que enviar un correo con la información para acceder a mi habitación, nunca la enviaron y nadie respondía por teléfono. Por obvias razones tuve que conseguir otro hotel y se negaron a proceder a la devolución del costo de la reserva a pesar de su haberme presentado en el hotel y que por su culpa no pudiera hacer uso de la reserva"

"stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."

"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"very cute, rustic fro sure. cabana for instance has no doors, the cabin is enclosed but really only has the one very large bed. my one major note is the cabin doorknob locked us out multiple times, we made a rule to keep the key outside for our stay but could cause a large issues if they don’t have a spare on the property."

"Fabulous property in Sooke. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed watching the seals and kingfishers while sitting out on the dock drinking local cider. The beaches were great to explore and everyone we met was friendly and chill. Would definitely love to come back."

"We stayed at this property to start off our Vancouver Island trip. It was convenient for us to be about 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Victoria, and 20 minutes closer to Port Renfrew which we visited for the exeptional tidal pools at Botanical Beach. "The sea view was our main attraction to this property and we were not disappointed. The Salish Sea is a few metres from the house and there are several beach access points within a 10 minute drive of the home. Dennis and Joan have a lovely propety and abeautiful garden. "We really enjoyed this peaceful and cozy home. The backyard was beautiful, we loved watching the birds and using the soaker tub and sauna. The inside was cozy and comfortable. Everyone had their own space, and we had a lot of fun playing darts and scrabble. The town of Sooke is very cute and the people were friendly. We travel quite a bit, and this has been one of my favorite places. I highly recommend staying here."
