"Unfortunately Air New Zealand diverted our flight midflight to Auckland and we were unable to stay on this occasion. We contacted the hotel to request any flexibility as we had booked non refundable.. hotel refused to accommodate us in any way with rebooking or credit and we were forced to forfeit our night. Customer service was not understanding at all with our situation.."

Pros: 1) The lake view is amazing. 2)The beds and couches were very comfortable. 3)The kitchen was well equipped. 4)Parking was always available when we needed it. 5) The washer/dryer combo unit was handy but allow extra time for air drying of clothes after use on the provided drying rack. "Spacious accommodation (we had a 2-bedroom apartment), super comfortable beds, and the most incredible water pressure in the shower! Full size fridge, well equipped kitchen. Stunning views. Nice hot tub & sauna. Convenient indoor parking in a private garage adjacent to the apartment. Very friendly & helpful staff. Location is a little bit outside town but easily walkable. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!"
