"Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Really enjoyable stay! Would stay again and recommend highly! Host was friendly and wonderful to work with."

"We were delighted with our stay. Jenny was an exceptionally responsive, flexible host who made our quick winter getaway very easy. The apartment is well-laid out and feels spacious, 2 bathrooms is a plus. Just a short walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Good set up, we’d come back!"

"Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again."

"A group of friends and I stayed at this property and loved it. The location was very central to both the beach as well as shops/restaurants/bars. Very glad it had parking: one on site for a small car and one street parking pass for our larger SUV. The screened in patio was lovely too. Would love to stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Fenwick at this dog friendly beach home. We were able to spread out in the four bedrooms and three decks but also enjoyed meals together on the deck and game night at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage. Lots of boogie boards and deck furniture. The best parts are the immediate access to the beach and the walkable/bikeable neighborhood. The vacation rental group is easy to work with and keyless entry was a breeze. Great...

"Old school furniture in every room. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again."

"Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs."
