  • OCEANFRONT Beautiful and Recently Renovated One Bedroom One Bathroom Condo, queen size sleep sofa, accommodates up to 2 persons. Along with the spectacular location, beach weather, and gorgeous sunrises, this oceanfront retreat Includes a convenient first floor walk-out to a private deck, which is attached to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Everything is within a short walking distance to all the amenities that Bethany Beach has to offer -- fun and relaxation in the sun and sand, entertainment at the town center, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, farmers market, parks, mini golf, playgrounds, basketball courts, etc. There are also nearby tennis courts, and the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. The condo has two units for central air conditioning/heating designed for year-round use, and a well equipped kitchen with white appliances and granite counter tops. There is one TV, cable, and private wireless internet. The condo also includes a shared guest washer/dryer. FREE Parking in our Private lot.

A few steps to the beach....

This is a very clean property and had everything we needed for our vacation. The porch and picnic table were a nice place to eat some meals and relax.

The place is in a great location, and a perfect size for one, two in the bed would be tight but manageable, perfect for newlyweds, this is my second time staying here, and when I visit again I want to stay here again

Steps to the beach...so restful!

Bethany Beach is a quiet family beach town. We had a wonderful and restful stay...taking umbrella & beach chairs w/ books to enjoy the sounds of the ocean each day of our stay. The condo was perfect for us, retired couple, who enjoyed getting away for a few restful days. Staying oceanfront, we were steps from the beach. Condo perfect for us two and Dianne, our host, so gracious. All the comforts...

Old Bethany Coastal Cottage within a Condo is my description for this rental! The amenities were terrific, especially the location and the showers, indoor and outdoor, the parking spaces, and the washer and dryer! The added light sensitive night lights were very helpful too!

The perfect spot to take my mother as a reward for completing therapy post a pelvis break. The walks on the boardwalk and beach made for excellent strength building. The condo was darling and perfect for a mother-daughter getaway!

Lovely Condo Living

The condo was neat, clean, and beautifully decorated in soft soothing colors. It was perfect for a relaxing, vacation retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. The proximity to town made it easy to walk to shops and to bike just about everywhere. Delightful!

This was a great experience all around! Dianne was amazing and prompt in her responses and very kind when a minor problem occurred. The location is amazing and the neighbors were very friendly. This was exactly the getaway that I needed.

My husband and I had a fabulous week at Dianne's lovely condo. It was very nicely decorated and laid out with just the right amenities to make us feel welcomed and able to settle in right away. The location was PERFECT with the beach across the boardwalk and the center of town a short walk (just minutes) away. And Dianne was an AMAZING host - very responsive to my inquiries and so incredibly helpful and personable. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so much, Dianne! : )
