This charming 2 bedroom, one bath ocean block cottage sleeps 5 comfortably and is situated in the heart of Dewey Beach. Close to all the attractions of Dewey all the while offering a family setting. The Jolly Trolley picks you up at the corner and takes you into Rehoboth Beach every 15 minutes or cross Rt. 1 and it will take you to the Bottle & Cork or the Rusty Rudder. Three major shopping areas have all the outlet shopping that one can dream of and you'll enjoy the tax free shopping that Delaware has to offer.
This cottage is pet friendly (for an additional fee) and is limited to families or responsible and respectful adults. Maximum 6 adults allowed. Nightly rentals available. Must supply your own linens and towels, however, when in need, we can accommodate. Cottage has one queen bed and 2 twin beds. Brand new sectional makes for great napping and additional sleep space. Air conditioning in all rooms is provided as well as off street tandem parking for 2 cars. Cottage also comes equipped with a new 65" smart TV in the living room. Complete kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and toaster and all the cooking utensils one would need.

This is our second year staying at Julie’s. As with last year, everything was great (although Mother Nature didn't quite cooperate!)The location and coziness of the property can’t be beat, and, with the new outdoor shower and beach amenities, everything was perfect until the hurricane rolled in!We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait!

Beautiful little beach cottage in the ocean block. We just stayed two night, but it felt like a week. Definitely recommend for a small family get away. The owner was also very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly.

It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s.

Amazing stay in Dewey!!

Our family had such an amazing stay at Julie’s cottage in Dewey Beach! The cottage was perfect for our family of four and so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Julie was an amazing host and we can’t wait to return! If you are looking for an awesome cottage close to the beach look no further!

Perfect beach house!

So happy I found this awhile back booking online. Literally steps from the beach, so relaxing, clean and beautiful room and kitchen with everything you need! Host was great & we couldn't have asked for anything more. Nice new outside shower also. Really the perfect spot!

Dewey retreat

Staying at this unit was fantastic. You can tell the owner take pride in this unit. It has warmth, charm, and creative artistic energy. It also had newer appliances and flooring. Unlike other units, the three adults did not feel that we did not have enough space. We used all rooms and loved the screened in porch, and outdoor renovated hot/cold shower(after being on the beach). As for the location, we were not far from the happenings and nightlife, yet we were more interested in more exploring the area by car. If we had bicycles, we could ride the bikes to Rehobeth Beach. We loved that we could walk about 2 houses from our unit and be at the beach. We walked the dog twice a day on the beach. One evening the cat came in his carrier (so he enjoyed as well).

Mother’s Day weekend

Wife & I had a weekend away with our two doodles (Irish-doodle & cava-poo). Property was incredible - nothing out of place.. We felt as though the property owners offered up their primary residence…. We can’t say enough about this lovely property. 2 private parking spaces is also a plus.. Having stayed at many pet friendly places in Dewey Beach, this one is a must visit…. This is our go-to property.

Great April Stay!

This is our fifth year coming to Dewey in early Spring, our annual family outing! A great little spot steps from the beach, anything you need in Dewey, and bonus - a few blocks from a great playground!

Perfect cottage

Julie was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Her property was perfect for a quick getaway. Very comfortable and easy to be there. And so close to the beach. And dog friendly! Highly recommend.
