"Friendly staff members, easy check-in. The room was very clean. My room did not have a microwave but I didn't need it anyways. It had a little fridge tho. I asked for a later check-out and the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville. I know I would stay here again."

"Our room was gorgeous and light-filled, with large windows on two sides - the nicest and brightest room we've ever had at this beautiful historic hotel. Our room was spotless and the amenities were lovely (I always appreciate a hotel that provides bathrobes and where the showers are modern). The staff was excellent - we got there at a busy time when the Louisville Ballet matinee had just gotten out, but they still took care of everyone and were attentive and kind. We had room service...
