"We've stayed at this hotel twice... the first time we stayed, no complaints. Fast forward a couple years... it's really gone down hill. Our room was decent, clean & comfortable bed, but the toilet had issues, the hot tub was cold and had a giant pile of dirt in it (we booked this hotel for this amenity, but was definitely lacking). The firepit was lit, but the patio furniture was a mess... couldn't sit on it & relax. Easy check in & check out. 3/5 Oh and they charge for parking now. 🙄"

"A nice clean hotel with mostly friendly staff. The lobby area and room was clean and decorated However, for the cost, it lacks in certain areas.
Upon arrival, the clerk behind the counter was not especially friendly. However, the next day, Susan was at the front desk. She was quite helpful with local activities and restaurants.
I had to let them know that certain supplies in the restroom were empty A discount should be given for every other day if housekeeping services are not going to...
