We specifically googled airport shuttle access but when we called from the airport we were told they only take reservations between 7 and 7 pm and we had missed the cut off by 2 minutes. We were told the supervisor would not allow the driver to come and to get an uber . Specify the hrs . Then the next morning we had a reservation to go back to the airport but they were understaffed and the poor worker was running around trying to get us there on time . It was checkout time of 8 so the staff was very frantic trying to juggle time miss management. . I am not even going to begin about the over charges the I’ve been trying to have reversed 6 days later and the incompetence of the front desk answering service. I’ll be on the phone once again today to try to deal with this on going battle .
