"When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets."

"Everything from arriving to not wanting to leave if that explains it. Family trip was very well enjoyed at this hotel. The kids loved the pool. Food was no issue lots of options around. Lots of stuff keep the family attractions not far from the hotel. And you get free and discounts just for staying there. Staff was one call away everytime. Cleaners was on every floor all day even around the pool area. The smell at in the room and hotel was refreshing. Breakfast was lots of options and hot fresh...

We got two rooms and one of the rooms seemed a bit cleaner than the other, the floors in the one could use a deep clean in my opinion and the breakfast was questionable. "The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming in the mornings. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates, and some of the cleaners were a bit rude. The pools also needed significant improvements. For three days, the glass at the outdoor pool was broken and left unkempt. The indoor pools were decent and functional, but they also needed some updates. Overall, the hotel was usable."
