"The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable! (After sleeping in my own bed, I wish I was back there.) It is a little warmer back there than the rest of the house, but the provided fan worked nicely. The hosts are excellent communicators and went out of their way to leave special touches for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was the reason for our trip to Saint Augustine. "We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "
