  • Cozy studio apartment, downstairs unit by the beach. Private Hot Tub! Just a couple minute walk to the beach! Wonderful neighborhood with quick access to Publix supermarket and other shops and restaurants. This apartment is located on the first floor of a two story house. Owners occupy the rest of the house.

    From time to time, you may notice a friendly face - our garage is used only by staff for operations (or owners) and is not available to guests. Rest assured, we deeply respect your time and space. Our team is usually nearby if you need us.

    The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. Butler Beach, where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! St. Augustine city center, only 10 minutes north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

    The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

    We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern. There is a camera pointed at the driveway of the house as well as one on the owner's front door (not the guest entrance).

My wife and I walked into a clean room and cold AC was on!! David was very communicative and helpful along the trip! We took the short 4 minute walk to the beach daily where we watched sunrises and surfers! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Perfect spot for a mini-vacation. We loved the location, it's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The big screened in porch with the hot tub was a great place to unwind with some wine as the day turned to evening.It was spotless & had everything we needed. Thank you!

The host was great from beginning to end. Very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had ( which were few). The studio was excellent. Clean and it was true to description. The short walk to the beach was perfect and lots of local dining.

We never met the host. The best part of this Vrbo is that it is close to the beach, a very nice one. Also, the hot tub was nice to come back to after being out for the day. It is a very simple and cozy apartment. We will definitely rent again if we go back to St. Augustine.

Had a great time at this rental and it’s close proximity to the nearby beach. Hosts were very quick to reply and very accommodating. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great way to end each evening. Would stay here again in the future.

Overall we enjoyed the apartment being only a half block from the beach. Was very disappointed about the hot tub having mold and not being able to use it. However I brought it to the host attention and a service man was sent the following day unfortunately he didn't get there until around 7pm and didn't finish until 8:45 on the last night and we're older and were tired. So we didn't get to experience the hot tub and there is not a ocean view unless you walk between houses, so if you're planning on sitting on the porch looking at the ocean, it's a no, bug around the corner is the beach and I went each morning to watch the sunrise. It was stunning. I recommend this for a short stay ,clean ,basic and super quiet. I would recommend the host have a outside area for morning coffee and a smoking area. We had to leave the property to smoke a cigarette with our morning coffee. Not the best for that. But truly peaceful.

Birthday staycation

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and had an amazing experience. Such a beautiful little home, perfect for us two and very close to all the wonderful things St. Augustine has to offer. Best birthday weekend!
