"Apt was shabbier than presented. Bed was uncomfortable for one sleeper. Can’t imaging having 2 trying to get comfortable. Sofa/futon would not fold down for sleep. Shower diverted is broken and sprays tenant when the water is turned on. Location good! Sad to have been so uncomfortable. "

"My stay at this historic property was delightful. The location was within an easy walk to downtown St. Augustine, the room was very clean, on a quiet street and provided everything I needed to enjoy my visit. I had the opportunity to meet Lizy, the host, on multiple occasions and she is awesome. My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings and watching the friendly neighbors walk by, many with their dogs."

"It really looked like an artists drawing in a sketch book, very cute, cozy & comfy. Great bed, clean, plenty of space, all the amenities needed. I'd recommend blowing leaves off the patio, sidewalk & dusting the shelf above the kitchen sink before each guest. Thank you! Yes, we'd stay again!!"

"This unit was perfect for our quick visit to St. Augustine. It had everything we needed and the location cannot be beat. The host was very responsive , the unit was clean, and the bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in St. Augustine!"

"The room was immaculate with lots of little extras like bathing products, bags of coffee, remote control fans. Our first room was too warm and the host IMMEDIATELY moved us to a much more comfortable room. He was extremely responsive, replaying within moments. Super convenient location, walkable to historic downtown."

"We came with our 2 teenage boys and really enjoyed the proximity to the Historic District where everything was easy to walk to within minutes. The house itself had a lot of charm of being an old home, but with a nice updated kitchen and bathroom. We had the upstairs unit and only heard the other renters the few times the baby cried which wasn't much at all. "Highlights; nice property and private parking, clean room & bathroom and some kitchen amenities, located close to several restaurants, 10 min walk to main city and Intercoastal waterfront. One lowlight; one small window AC unit in bedroom (runs continuously) to cool entire area - bedroom, kitchen/Entry area & bathroom, which could be an issue on hot days/evenings. Overall, nice small unit for one or two if a short stay."
