  • Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

    Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

    The unit is equipped with a full bath.

    The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

    So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

    This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Wonderful place to stay! Close to historic district, shopping, and fine dining. The rental property is beautiful and the surrounding property is gorgeous. The owner checked to see if everything was ok. This is our second time at this property and we plan on making this our place to stay in St. Augustine!

Great quiet location but access to the town is easy to walk, house was clean and had sufficient towels etc for 3 adults over a 4 day stay. Parking free in St Augustine is a huge bonus and thus cones with 2 parking slots.

Perfect unit in a perfect location! Everything is within walking distance and it was a peaceful respite when we would return from a wonderful day of site-seeing! Very quiet location and the fully equipped kitchen was very helpful! Hope to return again and stay at this particular property!

Very cute place, everything was just as listed. It was close to town and also to the winery and chocolate factory. Loved that there were 2 parking spots. The area was well lit and felt safe walking back at night. The owner provided timely, accurate information and responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised with every aspect of this unit. Check in was seamless. Communication was perfect. Anything and everything you would need was provided. Could not find a single negative point. Location was a surprise with how close to everything with privacy and security. And parking, parking was the easiest and included! I definitely intend on coming back and sharing with everyone I can !!

This is the most amazing place to stay.. I truly couldn’t believe how nice it was for the price. It is close to the historic district and a few restaurants. Be sure to check out “One twenty three burger house”. Great !!! Just a few blocks away The place was so clean and cozy, the host was the very best at communicating, the kitchen was all the we needed and oh… the parking… FREE and great wide spaces. We will most definitely stay again. Just amazing!!!

Off street parking was great as it is tough to find parking in Saint Augustine. Very close to historic part of town and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Small quant apartment but does the job.

The property is exactly as described! Had a great little vacation and this place was excellent. 10 minute walk to St. George street and lots off good food options. Best little coffee and pastry place just around the corner too. The courtyard was amazing to look at as we sat on the balcony every night. Will be back for sure.

This is a tiny apartment - it can be a little challenging maneuvering around the kitchen and small bathroom. However, it had everything we needed for our 3 nights and we loved being able to easily and safely walk into town. It was quiet at night and check in was very easy. Easy parking as well.

Close to downtown walking

Great place to stay. Close to everything which is great as parking in St. Augustine is terrible for the most part.Wonderful attentive hosts!
