"Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view. Great place to relax, close to Hudson Beach and lots of restaurants. Our favorite was Inn on the Gulf. Trish was so accommodating and allowed us to stay for the afternoon when our flight had been delayed. "

"The house is very convenient for what we needed. We had a soccer games at two different fields and the house was not far from either one. The house was roomy and relaxing. Our boys had fun walking around neighborhood looking for fishing spots. Definitely stay again if we were back in area. "

"Jean is a great host, always available. The condo met our needs for a quiet and relaxing week and was a great value for the price. The community residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there were no "real" gulf beaches in the area. We had to drive over an hour to get to a nice white sand beach."

"Location was good but 20 minutes to beach. Neighborhood very old and run down. Easy to find and get around. It was ok but definitely a one and done. "

"The property was great, we enjoyed our stay! Elaine was very communicative and we will stay again! She allows pets to stay but we didn’t bring ours this trip. You would never know that pets are allowed as the home smelled good and no traces of pets. My husband is severely allergic to cats and did not experience any irritation as he normally would staying anywhere that a cat had ever stayed. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable! "We booked this Vrbo for a large group, and the space itself was great—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The pool was a highlight and got a lot of use, though it could’ve used some patio furniture to make the area more comfortable. Unfortunately, the place was dirty when we arrived, with press-on nails scattered on the floor and tobacco pouches left around, which wasn’t a great first impression. "This is a cute/funky spot just one street north of Main in New Port Richey. It is decorated with beach items. Although cozy, it was perfect for the two of us. You can spend the same to rent a tiny motel you, or you can rent this cottage, be close to downtown NPR, have a beautiful shaded porch, a long front yard, and a great place to cook on the grill.."

"We came to Tampa for a soccer tournament and this place was just perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, the home was spacious and had more than what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house amenities. The owner was great with communication and went above and beyond so we could have a comfortable stay. 100% recommend. "

"Couldn't be happier with our stay! We stayed three nights in early May. Upon arrival, 'check in' was a smooth and easy process. No hiccups. Kids loved the chickens on the property! Not to mention the fishing! All the fishing rods were rigged and ready to go. We unfortunately had a lot of rain so didn't get as much in as we'd would've liked.
