"Perfect mountain home for a simple getaway. Added bonus that pets were allowed. Property is quiet and the hot tub was a great addition after days of hiking. Closing to town and well stocked. The home had a very welcoming feeling, would definitely rent again. "

"This cabin was the best stocked VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. It had not only the necessities but also all the extras you usually have to buy after flying in for a vacation. The location was very peaceful and central to the places we wanted to visit in Colorado. We spent a very relaxing 10 days and can highly recommend this home and area of Colorado."

"This was a very beautiful home with very beautiful mountain scenery all around! The home was clean, well-kept, and there were a lot of thoughtful details for guests, like labels on things, a little basket of things for dogs, etc. We really appreciated being able to park our car in the garage since it was snowing while we were there. We loved our stay and would come back again!here! "

"This is a wonderful place if you are looking to experience nature and peace. Also great for traveling to Breckenridge. Just make sure you know that it is a few miles of dirt roads (choose the appropriate car) and bring your Roku or other set up if you want any TV. Property was wonderful in all ways!"

"We spent a wonderful stay at Monica’s Cabin. She always was very nice and attended all the answers we had and gave us advice about the zone. The cabin is nested in a remote but amazing landscape yet close to the beautiful town Fairplay. The wilderness surrounds the place and it’s a joy to feel the spring breeze sitting at the porch.Thank you very much to Monica for sharing that little piece of paradise."

"Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights at the end of May. The house was fantastic. Secluded in the woods on the side of a hill. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and had ping pong sessions with our teens. The location is perfect for hiking which we did every day. We also went to the South Park City Museum in Fairplay which was really nice. I had a few questions for the host and they always replied quickly. They were also super friendly. I would recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again myself. "

"I didn’t realize the elevation of this cabin - and it was a bit rough adjusting. I’d have loved to have some furniture that was more comfortable to relax in, but the cabin was distanced away from other houses and a nice place to relax."
