"The house is cute, very clean, and well situated. The town is also very cute with a great little river walk.Has your basics so don't expect to cook a big meal - no real kitchen, which is clearly stated in the description. The code didn't work for us to get into the house. Cat communicated almost immediately but it took an hour to get the code to go in. I understand access to streaming services are not included in most rentals but codes for local channels should be given or that information should...

"Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

"From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. "If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. "This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.)"

"We were shocked to find such a gem for SUCH a reasonable price on a holiday weekend. Unfortunately my husband and myself were staying here for work, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities(the grounds and the cabin), but everything else was fantastic. It was clean and organized, thoughtful toiletries included if needed(tooth brush, combs, various hair and skin products), and it was in a quiet area. Which, for us and the purpose of our stay, was very ideal and let us relax and get rest...

"Initially, I wanted to be in Cape May as I was meeting my daughter and her family there. There was nothng left in my price range as I was late to book a place. After arriving at this rental I was happy that I was not in Cape May because it was so quiet in the suburban neighborhood. I was able to drive to my daughter's rental in about 12 min.
