"This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods. "

"Everything about this cottage is great. "

"The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. We arrived very late and there was no lights on the outside which made it hard to find our way in. There was a Keurig in the kitchen with creamer. A welcomed morning...

"This house was clean, welcoming, had more "staples" supplied than most others we have been to! They were very communicative, obviously took pride in their service! Will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful whimsical weekend stay. We felt like we'd landed at Hagrids Hut, surrounded by the forbidden forest. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for somw off grid shenanigans. Beautiful marked trails to explore through old wood growth and marshlands with wildlife galore."

"My wife and I were looking for a place to stay that we could enjoy while were exploring several small towns in south central Michigan. The tinyhouse was perfectly located for that and also provided us with great amenities.It was cute, very clean and comfortable / cozy. "The house is great with plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, fire pit and ping pong. The kitchen is huge and the grill was clean and worked great. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and had everything we needed. We will be back!"

"Perfect!"

"We had a large group of 24 adults/children and the house was more than enough for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the theater room, hot tub and bbq. The hosts are very accommodating, respond to questions quickly and really went out of their way to make our stay special. Our visit was right after Christmas so the house was still beautifully decorated and even had a Christmas tree up!They had also left some NYE decorations for us and some welcome beverages!The house was...

"This home was just about perfect, only because nothing is truly perfect. It is so charming and peaceful. The lake is small but very clean. I highly recommend this place. Host was very quick on responding to questions and the caretaker came by to check and make sure everything was great, which it was. Thanks for everything!!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay, I’m having a difficult time writing this review because I’d like to keep this place a secret so it’s available whenever we want it. Mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite part of the stay. Shelly was an absolutely fabulous host and provided excellent communication and went above and beyond. "
