PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have direct river access, however there is a nice public boat launch just 3 minutes down the street. Grand River offers great kayaking and boating experiences with plenty of scenic views of nature and wildlife.

The house was just what we were looking for! The property was expertly maintained. We had some snow while we were there and every morning someone came and shoveled and put salt down, which was great because we had my mother with us who is a senior citizen and had trouble walking. The house is very well decorated and all the amenities were great! Eric was amazing to deal with. Anytime I had a question, I sent him a message on the app and he replied quickly and helped when we needed it. Absolutely Amazing experience from start to finish, I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you to all involved with this property for everything, you made our stay in Lansing a great experience!

The host had been absolutely amazing!!! Very prompt at answering questions and make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. The house is very clean and very nicly decorated and has the amenities you need! I would absolutely stay here again without question!!

We really enjoyed how accessible the kitchen was. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The K cup drawer was our favorite :). The host was easily accessible if needed but we had no issues. The house was beautiful and filled our trip with so many beautiful memories:)

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern accommodations. Only stayed for two nights but could see how not having a washer/dryer could be a disadvantage if we would have stayed longer. Also need some ice cube trays!!! Like other comments, with the property being located on a busy road, the traffic noise took some time to get used to. No fault of the hosts and was more muted in master bedroom. Great hosts and very communicative.

This was a wonderful, well-equipped property. We loved being able to walk over to the river walk to see the rowing teams practicing. The guidebook that the property owner put together was very helpful in identifying places to eat and visit. I highly recommend a visit to old town. We were fortunate enough to catch the blues festival while we were there. We will definitely visit Lansing again!

Cute, modern, well kept home. Very easy to get to MSU and on/off the interstate. There is a cute walking path along the River for a nice walk, I saw many fishing too.Eric was very attentive. He thought of everything including a welcome bottle of wine and had a guide for local suggestions. My son and I ate at two of the restaurants and they were great. I highly recommend The People’s Kitchen.

Im always delighted when I walk into a property that is well maintained, tastefully decorated and smells fresh and clean. My adult grand daughter kept raving about how nice the place was.My family and friends enjoyrd themselves totally.Not only was inside emaculate. The back yard and landscape is beautiful done. The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend to all. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderfully seamless experience, Eric & Jen!
