"Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door...

"The Hyatt is a very nice reasonable priced hotel in Little Italy and only a half a mile from the Inner Harbor. So you can have the valet park your vehicle (for only $39, which is a very cheap valet rate in Baltimore), and walk to the Inner Harbor. The beds were very comfy and the queen room was nice and big with a sofa bed that had an extra sectional piece to it. The staff was extremely nice and professional and ensured we had a nice stay. "The actual room was quite large and had lots of storage. The mini-fridge was great to have and I very much appreciated a lighted, magnifying makeup mirror. Albeit noisy, I did enjoy an ac that cooled well. However, the towels were super thin and scratchy; the sheets were scratchy as well. While I liked the large mirror with a light surrounding it in the bathroom, half of it was burned out.The halls and lobby had a large fan going, I assume because the ac was either broken or unable to keep up...

"The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues. The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting...

"We had a wonderful stay! Lorenzo was so helpful. Rooftop bar was fun! Across from Mt. Vernon square park was nice to go sit and relax. Close to the Lyric where we saw live music. We will definitely stay again!"
