"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep."

"This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be."

"My stay was great. My room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a renovated room according to the hotel staff. The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient."

"I really wanted to love this hotel. The property is gorgeous, the rooftop views are breathtaking, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price or the expectations set by the listing. Several of the hotel’s signature amenities, including the restaurants and karaoke rooms, were closed throughout our stay, yet we were still charged a $12/night amenity fee. Because there was no on-site dining, we had to pay...
