"A very convenient location and good price for staying before or after a flight out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very clean, but the overall appearance was dated or older. They may be in the midst of redecorating. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. An excellent place to leave my car. They were very prompt picking us up with the shuttle when we called them... less than 15 mintues!"

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"I stayed at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was finding roaches in my room, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this alone would make me think twice about returning.
There were several other maintenance and housekeeping issues as well. The carpet had noticeable stains, and I found a plastic fork left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, which made me question how...
