"Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didn’t have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating ‘ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we can’t refund you’ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online I’m not the only one who’s had this sort of experience with this site. "

"Very good property for family of 5. The Inner Harbor 5 minute walk. Camden Yards 10 minute walk. Building and amenities were excellent. Like any big city just have to have street smarts walking around at night. Would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was very simple, clear and easy!!!"
