"Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didn’t have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating ‘ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we can’t refund you’ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online I’m not the only one who’s had this sort of experience with this site. "

"Home was in a great location convenient to many restaurants and bars. Listing stated they had a grill but unfortunately did not. There was a fire pit in the back yard but no propane tank so we couldn’t use it. Parking was a challenge every night we came back from the family we were there visiting. House is decorated nicely but living room furniture was super uncomfortable but beds were very comfortable."

"DJ was very responsive to all of our questions and was very friendly greeting us when we arrived. Very good stay for the price - dont expect The Ritz lol."

"Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank"

"We had a great experience. Everything was as described. House was in a great, safe neighborhood. We felt very safe walking around. Very close to the inner harbor area. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Uber could easily locate the house. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions. The decor was nice. Great experience all around. "

"This property was on a quiet street on the northern border of the Fells Point neighborhood. Not the most glamorous part of the neighborhood, but that really didn’t bother my stay.The close proximity to restaurants and bars in the area was a huge plus. The open air market on Saturday right down the road was a pleasant surprise. It inspired me to walk the harbor border for a couple of hours, so I got to see a lot of Fells Point. "The house was exactly how it looked on the website. There were no surprises that we didnt expect. I was in touch with the manager and he responded promptly to all my emails. My kids loved the house. There was parking in the area. Bathrooms worked. Beds were comfortable. Was minutes away from all the attractions so we didnt have to travel a lot. Had a great experience. Would definitely give it an overall 5 star. Thank you!"

"The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say...

"Quaint, comfortable and excellently located row house. well appointed kitchen. Very Good bed. We had everything we needed to enjoy the Fells point area. We loved it. The owner communicated clearly and on a timely manner. Finding parking spots along the streets was not as difficult as we thought."
