Serenity on the Cove

Summary:

Escape to the serenity of Oakleigh Cove! This beautiful A-Frame waterfront home is the perfect getaway for water lovers! It even has its own pier, crab pots for seasonal crabbing, and outdoor living space with games! Situated in Sparrows Point on Oakleigh Cove that connects to the Chesapeake Bay, this place is located between Baltimore and Annapolis, giving you the opportunity to explore both by land or by sea! We even rent out boat slips for our guests with their own watercraft!



The Space:

This place is great for a family or two with kids that are pre-teen and teenagers up to 8 guests. The first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room closet and open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with views of the waterfront. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower, and 65” Smart TV with streaming service access. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 55” Smart TV with streaming service access, and a full bathroom adjacent in the hallway. The living room has a massive 65” Smart TV with streaming access with free SlingTV and the ability to log into your own streaming service accounts. There is no local cable access. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and there’s a gas grill for cookouts.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to most of the property except for the locked closet in the master bedroom and the large outdoor shed that stores additional supplies. These areas are locked. There is a smaller outdoor shed that houses outdoor chairs, outdoor games and other items for guest use. The boat lifts are off limits to guests unless they are renting the slip for their own boat during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in the Sparrows Point area. The Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club and marina are just minutes down the road.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. We rent bicycles if you would be interested in using them during your stay. Simply rent them during your pre-arrival registration!



Other Things to Note:

Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover minor damages done to the property.



Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.



Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. We also offer early check-in and late checkout for an additional fee of $75 if we have the time to between guests to prepare the property. You will be able to request these services when you fill out your pre-arrival registration.



Interaction with Guests:

We are very responsive to messages on the app and will not meet you in person unless there is an issue where you require our assistance. We want your experience to feel as private as possible. If you have any concerns or issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to message us. We prefer communicating through the app but are more than happy to speak with you over the phone in an emergency or time sensitive situation.
