Cons: • noisy - evening sports games most nights nearby and the windows sound like they’re open • odour in the rooms - pipes smell - needed to ventilate each day • aircon/heater broken - screen completely shattered, couldn’t use (fortunately room was just warm enough without) Pro: • water pressure - shower was very good • basic essentials - has basics you need (pots, pans, etc)"

"This is a brilliant location, this is not a typical hotel. It’s a bunch of room with shared clean bathrooms and a clean well equipped communal kitchen. Evenings will get really loud due to the pub below. Like really really lounge However the places has tonnes of character."

"Short walk to South Yarra train station with frequent trains to the city. Use the City Loop train service for convenient connections to southern Cross train and bus station where airport buses and interstate or regional trains arrive. There are lifts if you have heavy luggage, but they may take a bit to find at first. The hotel is highrise and very modern and clean and well equipped. We shopped for breakfast supplies at the local Coles grocery store about 500m away. Great location with lots of...

"This property was so old, the shower had a big crack in the base, it smelt, the bed was terrible , it had lots of permanent people living there, there was hardly any parking, i would not recommend this propery to anybody"
