"Clean room and great location Nice pool and gym"

"Front house staff was extremely helpful."

"Apartments are a bit dated, basic accommodation, nothing flash and okay if looking for just a place to sleep. Could improve on the general cleanliness and up keep of property. Location is good."

"Convenient location, lovely reception and less noisy than a hotel unless of course you get a room next to the lifts where you can hear the lift shaft. Otherwise a very good stay. Room was clean and a very good size."

"Staff were not helpful at all once 11.30pm hit and we needed to check in. They just totally disregarded the fact we paid for the hotel and wouldn’t check us in. It was disgraceful and disrespectful. Will not be staying there again. Plus didn’t receive refund from the hotel. 0/10 STARS"

"The room was clean, and the linen and towels fresh and white. Bed was comfortable, but the settee and dining chairs were not. Good range of facilities, but I wouldn't say it is suitable for 4 people"
