"Excellent location, great pool and facilities. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims. "We needed an overnight stay in Busselton. I read all the reviews about Timothée resort and it sounded perfect. The reviews were spot on! The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. We didn’t use any of the outdoor facilities but everything looked great! Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased. The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. "It's a family friendly resort; we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 days stay in Busselton. Beds are comfy, room is clean, check in staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are nice. It was perfect for big family. I would recommend to book resort this resort."
