No one on reception and no after hour line so I had to sleep in a room with the gross smell of a soaking carpet Got wet and almost slipped every time I went to the bathroom also Other than that everything was great. No offer of compensation for the shower and drainage issue."

"There was not much to like my husband and grandson stayed her overnight and thought they would be staying in a hotel however it was actually a motel the side of the property. The room was number 50 and it was very very grubby, the carpet had stains all over it and the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a lot of calciumn deposits on the bottom of the walls/floor. The toilet was running constantly and then having to fill its cystern up when empty, Whilst you cant help who books in it...
