"We enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf 12A! While the unit is definitely outdated and could use some TLC, it still had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was great, and overall, we had a good experience. We would stay again and would recommend it to others looking for a laid-back beach spot. "

"My family of five stayed here for Labor Day weekend. This is a beautiful updated town home it was super clean upon our arrival, the AC ran perfectly, and there are also fans in each room. We had the perfect amount of space with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half downstairs. The beds in bedrooms were comfortable and the guest bedroom fit my grown teenagers perfectly. "Was excellent. Newly remodeled kitchen and appliances, 3 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very clean, convenient to everything, 5 min to golf courses, dozens of restaurants, and a walk across the street to the beach. Owner was fabulous in communication and response time. Was a perfect fit for 3 golfers on vacaction. "

"Everything was spectacular. Plenty of room for my family of ten. House was clean and had everything we needed. Luke was super responsive to all my questions. The bikes are a great thing to have being so close to the beach and shopping. The pool was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend to others. "

"Can’t beat the location - has a private beach for just the complex so you avoid the crowds. Plenty of room for just the two of us and within walking distance or restaurants and coffee. The storage closet has tons of beach toys so if you bring kids they can definitely find something to play with. Bed was extremely comfortable and you are only one flight of stairs from the beach. Highly recommend. "
