Actually, on the Beach condo. Private Beach so Zen

Beautifully remodeled condo ON THE BEACH ( like it’s on the sand so authentically beachfront )! It is a gated, restricted area on one of the few private beaches in Destin. When staring out, you only see the ocean- the pool is not in the line of sight, and the balcony is enormous-3x the size of most, so it feels super Zen and relaxing. This 2/2 sleeps 8 comfortably and has upscale finishes and bedding. There is NO beach crowd, and umbrellas are never more than one row back year-round.

One of our favorite beach trips ever! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for the kitchen, for electronics, and for beach items. I loved all the reading options & family games! Nikki is a top notch host, with an incredible attention-to-detail, and so responsive to messages . The binder contained so many helpful recommendations for things to know and do in the area. The location was perfect, the condo was so comfortable & CUTE. The views were breathtaking. No crowds and the best weather. We didn’t want to leave, but we will absolutely go back! This is our new favorite beach spot!!!

Great beach view

I have zero complaints with the owner or the unit in itself. But the building unit (entire property) as a hole, is working on landscaping upgrades (which we were made aware of, so its of no fault to Nikki) so they do have a lot of debris in the sand from wash off stations from the beach to the pool area and back to the elevators. That in itself is extremely hazardous, whoever oversees the construction/landscaping needs to have the working crew clean up better. Other than that, the entire building in itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay, perfect for staying in and cooking at the condo rather than going out for all meals. The balcony is very spacious and great for beach watching.

Beautiful views from huge balcony

Nilkki was an excellent host who went above and beyond making sure we had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect and the view from the huge balcony was breathtaking. Can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful week in Destin

We enjoyed our visit so much. The condo is gorgeous and very well appointed. We've been visiting for over 40 years and this was one of the nicest condos we've stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the view!! Owner was responsive before and after our visit. Thank so much!

Bliss at the Ocean

Property Manager, Nikki, was fantastic to deal with in regards with this property. She included very detailed emails, videos, and texts before the vacation and during. The magnificent views from our living room, bedroom, and balcony were just breathtaking. The location from the condo to the ocean was amazing! The pool was clean and warm, the parking was very close, and the condo itself was updated, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

The condo was great and the beds are very comfortable. Nikki is wonderful and always gets back to you when you have questions. I’ve been staying at the Aegean for 40 years and this condo is the best.

Great location, even better host

We have stayed at this complex before, so the epic location was no surprise. What was especially awesome though was the host. Check in? She texts you directly. No answering machine, no management company - direct. This, to us, is invaluable. The place was also unbelievably clean, nicely stocked, etc. Zero complaints! We’ll be back!

We chose to return to this wonderful property right on the beach because if it’s amazing location to water, food, and other activities! Property manager is amazing! Love the white building updates too. Everyone asked when can we return next time!!
