"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "

"We arrived to a perfect set up for our dog! Even an extra water/food bowl with a special bone and extra poop bags! Thank you! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house manual was easy to follow and detailed. The five minute walks to the beach was perfect!"

"The owners were immediately accommodating when I requested an early check-in, AND when I put the wrong check-in date at the time of booking!! This property is a hidden gem. "The Velvet Crab was just as pictured. What a haven. We wanted to do some different exploring on the Cape, since it's been a few years, but it was really hard to leave this sanctuary. We'd go out for a few hours and then couldn't wait to come back and just hang out. Loved the kayak, being on the pond, just everything. We'd love to come back. Tara and her people were very responsive, and we appreciated them letting us check in a few hours early. "

"The room was very clean and large. It was perfect for two people. The unit we stayed in was about .25 miles from clubhouse. So since it was cold, we didn't use the indoor pool. Staff was friendly. They have a game room where you can play table tennis and air hockey among other games. For the money, it was well worth staying there."

"Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. "
