"Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a todos lados. El personal es amable y accesible. El lugar se ve bonito. La habitación en la que estuve no me gustó, estaba en el patio, estaba deteriorada, a/a olía mal, wc estaba despegado, la cortina de ducha fea, piso mojado todo el tiempo. Muy humeda. No limpian la habitación todos los días, aunque te preguntan si necesitas algo, lo solicitas y no hay seguimiento. No hubo ni papel de baño. Si no haces check in personal, revisa tu correo o...

The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. "We really loved the suite. The house is very pretty and clean. Huge Kitchen & Coffee maker. Bring water for the coffee maker. Our suite was clean and comfortable - also had a clawfoot tub...which I loved for soaking after a long night out. Location is amazing...we walked everywhere. nice greeting from the local neighbors too. We will def be back. Thank you!"

"Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto."

"La televisión por cable no funcionó. Se reportó en recepción y no lo pudieron resolver. No limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. Entiendo que no cambien las toallas pero, barrer y botar la basura lo deberían hacer a diario."
