"Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value.
The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. "This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!"

"The location is excellent, walking distance to the downtown, historic areas. That street is very pretty. Communication with Courtney was great, check-in and out was smooth. I could leave my luggage there safely on my last day and pick it up on my way to the airport. There was coffee, water, wine, snack bars in the room. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby.
I was traveling alone, I can imagine that the room I stayed in may be a bit tight for two travellers but it was said up front it is...

"The property was perfect for our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on King Street, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. The host was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions or messages throughout our stay. The note about the narrow driveway is very accurate. We were able to fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it was a tight squeeze, so guests with larger vehicles should keep that in...
