"Good value, but it's true that you "get what you pay for". The room was extremely hot so we weren't able to get sleep, and the noises from the motorway were quite loud- Although that can't really be helped. The staff member we spoke to at check-in was very helpful. Beds were made and clean (although not very comfortable, but that could be a preference thing). I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. "It was okay to stay in. Having McDonald’s next to the place was handy haha. At the time we went, the lift was out of service which was a pain as we had a toddler and a buggy with bags. Staff were very friendly :)"

"The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "

It was difficult and painful to use. Parking was okay, except fot the fact that the disabled bays had lost most of the signage so that the fit and young were occupying these bays."
