"Very clean rooms. Excellent room size with clean dishes, chairs, and tables. Laundry service was on-site and convenient, but at $5/cycle, it gets expensive fast. Property is conveniently located in Kapolei, so shopping and dining options are at most 15 minutes away. We will stay here again!"

"This is an airport hotel with a reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. It had the added benefit of an outdoor pool with a nice fenced in deck only minutes from the airport. It served our purpose to get a good night’s rest prior to an early morning flight without having to worry about traffic tie-ups."

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"Property was kept clean even with the storms that were going our first few days there. Staff kept the grounds clean of the tree debris and cleaned the pools out each morning. The rooms were clean, and they serviced the rooms daily(took out trash, made the beds, cleaned the bathroom, etc) Will stay here again on future trips to Hawaii! "

"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"The room was very nice, the location was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the swimming pool is very small. The dining options are limited. And there is nowhere to sit down and hang out other than some hard wooden benches in the lobby."

"Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit"

"Beautiful modern hotel, very clean, staff was great front desk & cleaning Jola did a great job on our room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great central to everything & few minutes to beach walking. The restaurants were both great also!"

"No one in front desk , need to call so many times , no soap in the room , in the morning nothing was working for the breakfast or tea or anything , for this price all this should be , hopefully it will change for good and then it will be a nice place to stay . "
