"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations...

"2日目の朝にはエレベーターに閉じ込められるということがありました。緊急ボタンを押しても誰も来ず、5〜10分ほど経ってから、エレベーターが自然に再び動き出しました。 外に出た時はフロントにも誰もいませんでした。その後、朝食から戻ってきてからこの件をフロントスタッフに伝えたところ、私の緊急呼び出しは聞こえていたそうで、警備スタッフを呼んでいたとのことでした。ただ、警備の方が到着した時には、すでにエレベーターは動き出していて、私は外に出た後だったそうです。スタッフの方はきちんと謝罪してくださり、50ドル分のクーポンも補償としていただきました。その際の対応自体は悪くなかったと思います。 また、全体的には親切なスタッフの方も多かったです。ただ、設備面の管理やメンテナンスについては、もう少ししっかり改善していただければと思います。"

"The entire property is recently renovated with very tasteful Hawaiian decor with lovely shades of blues and splashes of island colour. Rooms are very comfortable and the newly updated property shines in all areas. Most rooms have balconies comfortable for 2 chairs. A very good choice in the middle of the Waikīkī action and only one block from the beach. "
