You had to play with the key to get into the building door, but it's not a big deal. "The unit, and the location are perfect. The nightly nightclub noise from midnight to three am is a little tough. Bring your own shampoo, body wash and dishwasher detergent. Ceiling fans or just fans in the two back bedrooms would have been super helpful. The place was super nice, the location could not be better and Nicolas was great. "

"Very cute condo large enough for five adults. Check in process was easy and detailed. Pics on the posting are accurate. One of the rooms has two single beds; wouldn't recommend keeping luggage in there because the door wouldn't close with everything inside. Elevator is small and slow, so be ready to walk up flights of up stairs to the front door. This condo is located centrally and is a about a 10-15 minute to the water. There is a small convenience close by so you can get drinks and snacks....

"The property itself facing the ocean has amazing views, we felt like we were inside the ocean at times. Lots of space, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and had two large bathrooms. There are leftover items from previous guests that are useful (sunscreen, magazines, maps, condiments), felt like a home, although not as modern as other places we stayed at. The tv worked great and had netflix and other streaming apps. Wifi worked. As a previous customer noted you can hear train and other noises from...

"We all enjoyed the place, Pineda is gorgeous, some of the utilities in the apartment were old (seems pretty common in Spain), Aircon not working (thank god it wasn't summer). Was there for the Iron Man. One of the beds was squeaky as hell and bent in the middle... But overall place was lovely. A little maintenance would go a long way... Would return!"

Dieses Mal wirkte die Whg sehr abgenutzt u. verwohnt u. ist deshalb viel zu teuer: Sofabezug zerrissen, Sessel an mehreren Stellen verschlissen, Bettbezug hatte ein Loch, Duschvorhang war sehr primitiv u. die Aufhängung nicht optimal. Küchenschranktüren hingen schräg, Geschirr war ein Sammelsurium, Besteck unzureichend, nur 1 Weinglas, Abfalleimerdeckel mit abgebrochenen Scharnieren, Leselampe im Whnzi defekt. 6 Weingläser u. Besteck für 6 Pers. wurden...
