"Washer available but no dryer. There is no ensuite bathroom, so only suitable for couple. But a very large lounge with a large outdoor on the 3rd floor for this penthouse apartment. Modern open kitchen with all facilities you need for in house dining. We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable for two of us."

"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. "On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

"The bathroom is quite rundown. Virtually no hot water in the bathroom and shower. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I wouldn’t recommend this for the price. Location is good."

"The room is very basic and the decor not very welcoming. Bad lighting. All very grey. We were stuck with town view even though the hotel did not feel busy at all when we asked to move but were declined. There was construction in the entry way. No toiletries like toothpaste/ brush etc. Basics that are expected."
