"Standard hotel, Little bit old but well kept. The only issue was the bathroom that looks like the ones you find on the trains, all plastic."

"Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price...

"Highly recommended hotel. Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access. Staff professional and friendly."

"The location was wonderful. The bath/shower was problematic. The showerhead was in poor shape. It was dangerous to get in and out of the tub for older folks like us. The room was clean. The bed was OK. Unfortunately, we visited during a heat wave. Lack of air-conditioning was a major issue during this time."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff polite and helpful. Generously sized rooms with good sized bathrooms. Depending on your way of looking at the hotel it is either outdated ot retro. Breakfast and the food from the restaurant was good quality."

Staff are so pleasant, helpful and polite. Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking too. "

"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. "
