"First off, incredible house. Its HUGE! We were here for 2 nights, the place was so clean and we had an absolute blast. Check out process was simple, clean up after yourself, lock the doors, leave the beds as is. Finally, a place that we can enjoy and not have to strip every single bed, and clean every grain of sand.This host was attentive, caring, and just overall chill!They have a newely installed sauna, you gotta try it out, its freaking awesome. "Exceptional gem of a place with an equally wonderful host. The space was private, safe, beautiful and clean, equipped with a myriad of additional amenities that were well appreciated. The location was superb; we were a 5-10 minute drive from most everything, including the beach. I can't say enough good things about this property and its owner, and we will absolutely be back in the future for our return to OBX. "Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups for the keurig. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend "

"Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit.
