This is a ground level apartment. There is a completely separate apartment on the second level.
Pet Rules:
-$150 Pet Fee
- 1 Dog Max Under 45 Pounds(if additional pets are brought there is a $400 fee)
- Guest is responsible to pat for any and all pet damages caused by their pet
- Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pet both inside and outside

House Rules
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No Parties
- No Smoking

Checkout:
- Please remove all items from refrigerator and freezer
- Please take out all trash to the exterior trash can
- Please hand wash dishes (the cleaners will put them away)
