"I really liked how the nieghborhood was really peaceful, most of all I really liked how clean the property was. The beach is also a three minute drive which my kids love and the property also has a beautiful garden to enjoy a picnic. Overall it was a very beautiful experience and for a fare price. I would definitely come back."

"Extremely happy to have found this home to spend the weekend with my father and nephews, much gratitude goes to the owners for the aquarium passes. We had a great time at the house and at the aquarium, we were lucky enough to catch the sunset on the beach the day we arrived, just a few minutes drive to coast the sand, and plenty of shopping/supermarkets available to grab last minute items. Would love to book this Home again on our next adventure to Monterey."

"Beautiful rustic beach location ! Beach condo was great! 3 different levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom did have an odor near bathroom but hopefully can be addressed. Home well stocked with lots of nice extras. Clubhouse has tennis, pickleball, swimming and hot tub. Very private and quiet area! We would definitely stay here again. Another chair or 2 by windows looking at beach would be great! We moved chairs from bedrooms to allow all to sit and watch the beautiful beach! "

"Close to everything wonderful in Pacific Grove. In a quiet neighborhood. A historical district with lots of homes 100 years and plus. Walk to many shops and great restaurants. Caution streets are narrow and driveway short and narrow. If you have a large suv it’ll be tricky parking."
