"The lock on the door to the studio broke during my stay and I was locked in my room unable to leave. I notified the hosts of the issue and it took 14 hours for it to be resolved. I was also not given any reimbursement for the inconvenience even though I was originally told that I would receive one. Very disappointed to have lost a day of exploring the city on my vacation."

The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. "We loved staying in this cozy flat. We were met by the super helpful and attentive host upon arrival. The flat is in a charming neighborhood filled with chic shops and restaurants, about 2 blocks from Le Bon Marche and within easy walking distance of all of the sights in downtown Paris. The flat was spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms and air conditioning during the heat wave. We highly recommend it and hope to return!"
