Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.

This a sweet little loft apartment in an incredible location, less than 15 minutes walking to Notre Dame or Le Louvre. The elevator to the 5th floor, with a short flight up to the 6th, was a welcome bonus. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and quiet and comfortable. It was well-equipped with what seemed like new appliances and utensils. Bring your own soap! Travellers should know that both beds are pull-outs, but comfortable. Website photos include shots with beds out and shots with beds folded into couches, so can be confusing. We two friends chose to keep the beds out, and did not feel especially crowded in the space. Paul was friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp (give him your number via the Vrbo website). He was very easy about our delayed arrival time in the evening. Highly recommend!

Great little flat, everything as pictured in the advertisement. Paul was responsive to any messages during the stay. Close to restaurants, groceries, public transport, activities and the Seine. I would recommend this flat to family and friends!

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well organized. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay of a week and is soperbly located for exploring the inner circle of arrondissements. Paul welcomed us and showed us how to use the appliances and heating.

Host was wonderful. A tiny but very functional place. Location is fantastic in reaching all parts of the city. The place was very clean, great bathroom and kitchen even has a dishwasher that we actually used. Elevator is great. Good for two, three would be a bit crowded.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was gracious and the apartment was centrally located and is in walkable distance from Notre Dame and the Louvre.

Our host was there to welcome us, despite our arriving around 10 pm. The unit was as expected, with a comfortably large bathroom and good sized kitchen for a studio. Only one key was initially supplied, and the host kindly gave us his other key, so our party of three could split up when we had different plans for the day. The only inconvenience was the lack of drawers and closet space for our clothing (the closet was half-filled with appliances and most cabinets were locked), so we lived out of suitcases on the floor, rather than unpacking. A modest inconvenience for an otherwise well-equipped studio in a terrific pedestrian neighborhood. No noise from neighbors, and only moderate street noise due to being so high. We appreciated having a washing machine with laundry detergent supplied. A small rack in the bathroom provided some space for drying clothes.

Paul communicated with us prior to our arrival. He met us at the studio and showed us around. The studio was the perfect size for us and was located in an area that many transportation options were available. The studio has a washer and that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend booking with Paul again. He also arranged for a G7 to transport us to CDG for our flight home. Paul is truly a wonderful host!

The apartment is very well maintained, very comfortable, location is great close to the popular landmarks, you can walk everywhere from there or use public transport easily. The only downside is that it’s very loud area, it gets loud in the evenings especially during the weekend. Also, the unit is on the top floor under the roof and because of that it gets very hot. In addition, they only have portable air conditioning which doesn’t help much, alternatively opening the windows lets the loud noise come inside. The elevator is very small for 1 person only, not good for people who are claustrophobic, stairs are narrow. Other than that overall experience was good, lots of grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants are nearby. The host is very nice too.

I would highly recommend this studio apartment for staying in Paris. Excellent location, spacious for up to 3 people, nice large walk-in shower, hair dryer, steamer, closet, lots of plugs and mirrors, and great service from the host. I honestly can't say enough about this studio apartment - it was just perfect for our girls trip to Paris. At night, if you glance out of the kitchen window - you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Lots of cafes within walking distance and a little market right around the corner for quick items like bottled water. You can ride the elevator to the 5th floor, then you simply walk up a few stairs to the 6th floor. At night, it can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open - but when they are closed its perfectly quiet. I would stay here over and over again! It was truly perfect - you won't be disappointed - BOOK right away!!! Fantastic Studio!!!

Great location 2 minutes away from The Centre Pompidou. Restaurants, cafes and shopping everywhere around. Very near Notre Dame and other "must see" places in Paris. Nicely appointed studio. Good bed, very clean, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Stayed six days and enjoyed coming back to the studio after full days of activities.

Top location, super clean

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere, there were many metro stations close by. Westfield shopping centre was nearby to buy food to cook in the apartment and so many shops and restaurants around.
