  • Hermoso y espacioso, mi estudio, completamente renovado en septiembre de 2012, se encuentra en el distrito 4 de París (Le Marais / Beaubourg), cerca de todos los servicios: transporte público, cafeterías, restaurantes ...

    Este encantador estudio para no fumadores de 35 m² le da la bienvenida en el sexto y último piso (ascensor hasta el quinto piso). Apreciará su claridad y la magnífica vista sobre los tejados de París.

    Mi estudio incluye una cocina americana totalmente equipada (nevera grande, horno tradicional, microondas, etc.), un baño con ducha y lavadora, así como una sala de estar con cama doble plegable y cama supletoria.

    Puede comer cómodamente en la cocina o en el salón, en la mesa o en el bar. El estudio cuenta con conexión a internet ADSL.

The flat is in the perfect spot. Everywhere there are eating places and the points of interest are within a walkable distance.

Great location to easily access much of Paris. Street can be noisy late at night. Plenty of food shops and restaurants close by. The studio is comfortable for 2, but would be crowded for 3. It has a good kitchen but only an awkward high top to eat at. Fine for breakfast. Washing machine and dishwasher are a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean apartment in Paris. It was just as it appears in the pictures. Paul was a very nice host. There were many restaurants within walking distance, as well as Notre Dame. It was very nice after walking all day to have an elevator to take us almost all the way up to the suite. Would definitely recommend this apartment

It was a nice place. Could walk or Metro to everything. The only complaint is it is very hot on the 6th floor. The elevator is very small but better than no elevator.

Paris felt even more magical because of the place we called home during our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days of wandering the city. A special thank you to Paul for being so accommodating to me and my sister.

Great little flat, everything as pictured in the advertisement. Paul was responsive to any messages during the stay. Close to restaurants, groceries, public transport, activities and the Seine. I would recommend this flat to family and friends!

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well organized. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay of a week and is soperbly located for exploring the inner circle of arrondissements. Paul welcomed us and showed us how to use the appliances and heating.

Host was wonderful. A tiny but very functional place. Location is fantastic in reaching all parts of the city. The place was very clean, great bathroom and kitchen even has a dishwasher that we actually used. Elevator is great. Good for two, three would be a bit crowded.

This apartment is a good location for tourists, it was clean and well stocked. Our host communicated promptly and made sure that we had all we needed. As others mentioned, it can get very hot in the apartment, and while there are three big widows that can cool the space off, we couldn't leave them open all night, as the street below was too loud. Our April visit meant that while it did get warm, it was definitely doable- but something to keep in mind for summer visits. With the windows closed the apartment is pretty quite- so pick your poison! Bed was middle of the road- not super comfortable, but not terrible- and when you've been touring the city all day, it does the job. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it- especially for cooler months. The washer was a huge plus for us, as it meant we could travel lighter.

Top location, super clean

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere, there were many metro stations close by. Westfield shopping centre was nearby to buy food to cook in the apartment and so many shops and restaurants around.
