  • The size of the apartment is 50 square meters (550 square feet i e.); up to 5 people can enjoy maximum comfort (possibly 6 with extra beds). The apartment has just been renovated, it is brand new and is rented for the first time. It retains its traditional appearance and charming in a typical Parisian apartment (wooden beams and floors), but modern design (fully designed by an architect) makes it functional and practical. Located in the heart of the Marais, you are within walking distance of the most important museums, art galleries, restaurants and trendy boutiques. you will be one block from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the Pompidou Centre.

This place has some real pluses and negatives. The second bedroom is not conducive for anyone to sleep in especially in the summer with the heat. The ceiling is too low for any kids in my opinion. Mine were 7-12. Location is great and AC was fantastic.

The apartment was as pictured. Charles was very communicative and helpful. The location was central and in a beautiful neighborhood. Would only recommend the second bedroom for small children as even they bumped their heads a few times getting in and out of the room. Overall, a very good experience!

The host was very welcoming, the apartment was great, and as appears in photos. Very clean and tidy, it was conveniently located and a great home base for visiting Paris!

The pros are that the host was very nice and very responsible and flexible! The location was fantastic. The cons are that the furniture pictured online did not match reality. Check in was difficult logistically. There was a strange smell in the bathroom and back children’s room area. The towels and sheets were old.

Der Host hat uns im Vorfeld und während der Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut und alle Informationen mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung entsprach den beigefügten Fotos. Allerdings war das Zimmer für die Kinder sehr niedrige und schmal. Jugendliche oder Erwachsene haben da ihre Schwierigkeiten. Man könnte sich sehr schnell den Kopf stoßen. Wir sollten bei Ankunft in der Wohnung eine Liste zum Inventar (2 1/2 Seiten) ausfüllen. Habe auch wirklich alles überprüft um im Nachgang mitgeteilt zu bekommen, dass der Vermieter uns vertraut und wir die Liste nicht ausfüllen müssen. Ansonsten hat alles mit den Türcodes geklappt. Von der Örtlichkeit her, konnten wir alle Ziele schnell erreichen. Die Metro war in der Nähe und erleichterte den Aufenthalt sehr.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to great food, shopping, and Notre-Dame. Chris was a great host and made several restaurant recommendations that were amazing!

Great for a family of 5

Great apartment with relatively convenient location. Host was very responsive & helpful. Air conditioner was nice to have, 2 Metro stops within 10 min walk, supermarket & bakery & restaurant options nearby. This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for our family of 5.

A wonderful choice for our latest visit to Paris. Located in a very quiet part of the Marais, there is an elementary school across street. Lots of interesting shops nearby (clothing, art, coffee), including some great restaurants: Petite Marche, Early June, Chez Janou. Prompt and helpful communications with our host at all times. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for two

We had the most wonderful time in le Marais. The flat was centrally located, so comfortable and very clean. The little room off the bathroom has a skylight, which made it perfect for me as a bedroom (my mom stayed in the big bed). Host was responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
