"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. "Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM
Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room!
Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice"

"Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great."

"The grounds and amenities at this property are just fantastic! There is so much to choose from and something for everyone. This was a girls' trip, but I would love to go back with my husband and two boys. We really enjoyed the Mountain View Restaurant for breakfast - the buffet was a great spread, and everything was fresh.
