Bring the whole family to this 6500 square foot gorgeous home on 3 acres with lots of room for fun. The full game room, movie theater, hot tub, kids' clubhouse and playground will give you the time of your lives.
The space
Our Guests will enjoy the privacy of the entire estate on 3 acres. This includes 2 beautiful decks each with their own seating, BBQ Grill and Amazing Views. Circular driveway leads you to the grand portico entrance with double stained glass doors. 2 gourmet kitchens makes this a comfortable home for multiple families. The movie theater, game room, kids clubhouse, playground, trampoline and hot tub is just some of the incredible amenities our guests will experience.

Anniversary celebration

We celebrated 50 years of marriage in May and so our children and their families all joined us for a Colorado vacation. Your house was a great spot for us all to gather. We enjoyed the weather and the deer, bunnies and birds in the backyard. The hot tub was nice on the cool nights. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and the game room was a big hit with the teens. Thank you for the use of your home.

Flawless!

We came together as a family for our son’s wedding and it felt like home away from home from the moment we arrived. We had options to gather as a family and options to spread out; everyone left with very fond memories. Felix was always available to answer any questions we had and could not have been a better host to us. 5 stars was a no brainer!

Beautiful Property, perfect location

This North Carolina family met up with our Colorado family for a joint vacation. The house was the perfect size for 5 adults and the 5 cousins [8yr, 11yr, 13yr, 13yr and 14yr). The pictures of the villa were exactly as the interior is. The views are beautiful, and the perfect location to see the Colorado sites of interest. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Mining Museum, High Tea at the Castle, Fly Fishing, and more. Great host and great accommodations !

Family Reunion Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had enough room for our large group. There was both great community space and privacy. The outdoor seating and hot tub were a huge hit. The neighborhood is very quiet and had a nice crushed gravel walking path throughout. We cooked several large dinners in the nice kitchen and enjoyed great family time with cousins, aunts and uncles. Highly recommend.
